No catch. There are no shipping quotas to meet, and you pay no enrollment fees to participate. All you have to do is enroll and take advantage of your discounts to enjoy savings typically available to large customers only.
Is it fast and easy to enroll?
Do I need a new FedEx account number to take advantage of my discounts?
If you do not have a FedEx account number, you'll be assigned one when you enroll online. To enroll now, click here. If you already have a FedEx account number, you can have your new discounts applied to your existing account by including your current FedEx account number when you complete your online enrollment. Call 1.800.434.99181.800.434.9918 if you have questions about your current FedEx account or need further assistance.
Can I still use my existing FedEx account?
Yes, just have your existing account number ready when you're ready to enroll and we'll link it to the FedEx Advantage savings program. Then, every time you use your account number, the savings are automatic.
How do I know if these discounts are better than my current FedEx rates?
You can call 1.800.434.99181.800.434.9918 to speak with a FedEx Advantage® specialist who can help you determine the most cost–effective savings option for you.
Once I enroll in the program, what happens next?
When your discounts are in place, you'll receive a welcome kit with a discounted rate booklet.
When will my FedEx Express and FedEx Ground discounts be in place?
In as little as 10 days you'll receive a welcome kit confirming your account number and discounted rates. You’ll be ready to begin shipping immediately upon receipt of the package.
When will my FedEx Freight discounts be in place?
If you check the FedEx Freight Savings Program box on the online enrollment form, you will be contacted by a FedEx Freight representative within the next two weeks. This FedEx Freight specialist will compare your LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping needs with the FedEx Freight program to ensure it is a good fit for your company. Then, following an approved credit check, your new FedEx Freight discount will be in place.
When will my FedEx Office discounts be in place?
In approximately 5–7 business days you will receive an email from FedEx Office that includes your FedEx Office Discount Number. Please note that the FedEx Office Discount Number is not a form of payment. It is designed to be used in conjunction with your preferred payment method and should be presented at the point of sale for the appropriate discount to be applied. How do I begin shipping with my discounted rates?
It's simple. Go to fedex.com, and under the Ship tab, choose Create Shipment to create your shipping labels. You'll set up a user ID and password to use FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com. Then you can drop off your packages at any of the more than 1,900 FedEx Office locations. Find locations or schedule a pickup online too, all under the Ship tab at fedex.com.
