Do I need a new FedEx account number to take advantage of my discounts?
You will be assigned a FedEx account number when you enroll online. If you already have a FedEx account number, your new discounts can be applied to your existing account – just include your current FedEx account number in the online enrollment form. Can I still use my existing FedEx account?
You can use your existing FedEx account by entering it in the online enrollment form. We'll link it to the FedEx Advantage savings program, and the savings will be automatic.
How do I know if these discounts are better than my current FedEx rates?

Once I enroll in the program, what happens next?
You will receive an application approval communication when your discounts are in place, and you can begin shipping to enjoy your savings!
When will my FedEx service discounts be in place?
In as little as 3-4 business days, you’ll be ready to begin shipping at discounted rates.
When will my FedEx Office discounts be in place?
In approximately 2-4 business days you will receive an email from FedEx Office that includes your FedEx Office Discount Number. Please note that the FedEx Office Discount Number is not a form of payment and is designed to be used in conjunction with your preferred payment method. It should be presented at the point of sale for the appropriate discount to be applied. You may want to copy or take note of the FedEx Office Discount Number to make these steps easier. How do I begin shipping with my discounted rates?
To begin shipping with your discounted rates, log in to fedex.com, and under the Shipping tab, choose Create Shipment to create shipping labels using FedEx Ship Manager or FedEx Ship Manager Lite. You can drop off your packages at any FedEx Office location. Find locations or schedule a pickup online under the Shipping tab at fedex.com.
